  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey therapeutic concepts to clients and document progress effectively.
  • Empathetic and compassionate demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills, which foster trusting relationships with clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in clinical settings providing therapy to diverse populations is highly preferred.
  • Relevant training in specialized therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Theory, or EMDR.
  • Experience using telehealth platforms for therapy is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits

This Full-Time LMFT position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and productivity. In addition to a competitive salary, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, which includes ongoing professional development opportunities, mental health training, and flexible work schedules that encourage a healthy work-life balance.
