Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for diverse client demographics, focusing on various mental health issues, relationship dynamics, and family systems.
• Assess client needs through comprehensive interviews and evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans that set clear, achievable goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy, to facilitate healing and growth.
• Monitor and document clients' progress meticulously, ensuring timely updates to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals within the organization to provide integrated care, participating in case consultations and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Engage in community outreach efforts to promote mental health awareness and the services offered by Inner Pathways Psychological Services.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family conflicts. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification in the state of Oregon.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of therapeutic modalities relevant to individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and team members.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach, with excellent interpersonal skills and an understanding of diverse cultural perspectives.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a community mental health setting or a similar clinical environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling techniques is advantageous.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques or modalities, such as play therapy or trauma-informed care, will be considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Inner Pathways Psychological Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually based on experience and productivity.
