Work Environment

This position offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to manage your schedule while providing outpatient mental health services. Our advanced digital therapist portal simplifies documentation and provides essential tools for tracking client progress in real-time. You will be part of a supportive therapist community and receive guidance and consultation from the Therapy Leadership Team to ensure you have the resources necessary for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to monitor client treatment plans and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure timely clinical documentation through our efficient therapist portal, minimizing administrative burdens and enabling you to focus on client care.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic treatment models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavior modification techniques, and solution-focused brief therapy during counseling sessions.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatric providers to develop comprehensive, tailored treatment plans that address client needs holistically.
• Provide weekly evidence-based counseling via secure live video sessions to adults across a spectrum of emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.
• Formulate mental health diagnoses according to the DSM-5 standards and develop corresponding treatment plans that adhere to best practice guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with adult clients who present with a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. This includes individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role is to provide compassionate support tailored to each client's unique background and circumstances, allowing them to achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, clinical social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active independent license in your state (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC); possession of multiple state licenses is preferred.
• A strong commitment to applying culturally responsive practices and treating diverse populations.
• Proficiency with technology and a willingness to integrate digital solutions into your clinical practice to enhance service delivery.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum two years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling role.
• Demonstrated experience working with various treatment models and therapeutic approaches.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and a comfort level with providing care in a virtual setting.
• Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.

• A competitive salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
