Key Responsibilities

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to develop, monitor, and adjust personalized treatment plans for your clients.
• Maintain timely and precise clinical documentation using our streamlined therapist portal, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapy sessions through synchronous video consultations, catering to clients with diverse emotional disorders.
• Collaborate closely with the Therapy Leadership Team for ongoing support, case consultation, and professional development.
• Employ a range of therapeutic models, including cognitive behavioral therapy, brief therapy, and behavior modification to address individual client needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatric professionals to implement comprehensive treatment plans that encompass both therapy and medication management.
• Conduct assessments based on the DSM-5 standards to formulate diagnoses and develop effective treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with adults experiencing a wide spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role is to provide compassionate, culturally-responsive care that respects each client's individuality and fosters their empowerment through the therapeutic process.

Qualifications

• A master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program (MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
• An independent license to practice in your state (LCSW, LMFT, LPC), with additional state licenses viewed favorably.
• A strong commitment to treating diverse populations and delivering culturally competent care.
• Proficiency and comfort with technology, particularly with digital tools that enhance clinical practice.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing teletherapy, particularly in a remote setting.
• Background working with a wide range of mental health conditions in an outpatient environment.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and the ability to apply them effectively.
