Inner Mastery, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our remote outpatient team. Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while also serving clients in Madras, Oregon, and beyond. The outpatient setting enables you to provide therapy to a broad range of clients, ensuring that you are engaged with a varied caseload. This unique flexibility not only supports a healthy work-life balance but also helps you to focus on delivering the best therapeutic care without the administrative burden often associated with traditional office settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that support the mental well-being of our clients.
• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via synchronous live video, focusing on a variety of emotional disorders such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary for effective outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our innovative therapist portal, which includes user-friendly digital tools designed for efficient record-keeping.
• Engage with the Therapy Leadership Team for support and consultation on complex cases, fostering ongoing professional development.
• Conduct thorough assessments and formulate mental health diagnoses following the DSM V standards to ensure proper care and treatments are delivered.
• Implement diverse therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy to address client needs during sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a key member of our outpatient team, you will provide care to a diverse range of adult clients facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited program, such as an MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, or PsyD.
• An active independent license in the state of Oregon or another state where you are eligible to practice (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC). Having multi-state licensure is an advantage.
• Demonstrated commitment to treating clients from diverse backgrounds with respect and sensitivity.
• Strong technology skills with a willingness to integrate digital solutions into clinical practice effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings and familiarity with various technology platforms used for teletherapy.
• Knowledge and practical application of evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Proven track record of collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care.

• A competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
