Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video conferencing, maintaining ethical standards and compassionate communication.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to address specific individual client needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans, emphasizing clients' strengths and areas for growth.
• Foster insights within clients about their emotions and interpersonal relationships, guiding them toward healthier patterns.
• Track progress against treatment goals, modifying strategies as needed to support the client's development of effective coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults facing various mental health challenges. This demographic typically requires guidance in managing everyday stressors, improving emotional regulation, and enhancing overall well-being. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in helping them navigate their circumstances and achieve their personal goals for mental health.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• A current, unrestricted license to practice independently in Washington State is mandatory (e.g., LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates should be free of any disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and empathetic skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for telehealth services, ensuring smooth digital interactions.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, with a strong preference for therapists who can demonstrate successful outcomes with clientele similar to our defined population. Familiarity with a variety of treatment modalities and the ability to adapt to client needs is essential. Experience in telehealth practices and managing a caseload efficiently will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package is competitive, offering an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, depending on the number of hours worked and experience level. Additional benefits include:
