Work Environment

This role is designed to be fully remote, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic, while being part of a vibrant practice that cares deeply about the well-being of its staff. Our telehealth facility ensures that you can access the resources and support you need to provide clinical care effectively. The team operates Monday through Saturday, offering flexibility in scheduling to manage your workload in alignment with your personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities

In your capacity as a licensed mental health counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify their emotional and psychological needs.
• Provide personalized interventions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support client progress and recovery.
• Document clinical findings and treatment plans meticulously and ethically, ensuring effective communication with interdisciplinary teams through regular meetings such as patient rounds.
• Manage casework by collaborating with community resources and professionals, ensuring comprehensive care delivery for assigned patients.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of best practices in mental health counseling to offer clients the most effective therapeutic options.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily engage with a broad spectrum of clients facing a variety of challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal relationship issues. We advocate for an individualized approach, ensuring that each client feels seen, heard, and empowered to pursue their mental health goals. Your expertise as a licensed LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW will be crucial in guiding these clients towards resilience and well-being.

Qualifications

To meet the needs of this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of California.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating an ability to handle a diverse client caseload.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills that foster a supportive therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in providing telehealth services, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and training in various therapeutic modalities will be advantageous. A strong background in case management and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
