Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will take on a range of responsibilities centered around providing therapeutic support to individuals and families. Your daily activities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for couples and individual family members to identify treatment needs.
• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing a variety of issues, including relationship conflicts, substance abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.
• Facilitating counseling sessions with couples to improve relational dynamics and individual sessions to explore personal challenges.
• Engaging with family members to mediate conflicts, enhance communication, and foster healthier interactions.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Providing community resources and referrals when appropriate to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your patient population will encompass a diverse range of individuals and families facing various challenges. As an LMFT, you will specialize in:

• Addressing issues related to alcohol abuse, grief, and loss.
• Providing support to families in conflict, including blended families and those adjusting to separation or divorce.
• Helping clients deal with job-related stress and medical challenges.
• Facilitating mother-daughter relationship dynamics and strategies for improved communication.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of a valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) state license.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• A commitment to providing high-quality care and fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for clients.

Preferred Experience

We value experience and are particularly interested in candidates who:

• Have a proven track record of providing therapy to individuals and families in an outpatient setting.
• Possess skills in using teletherapy platforms effectively.
• Are open to flexible availability, ideally 30 hours or more per week.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, with opportunities for unlimited earnings based on your performance. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
