Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions grounded in solution-based modalities to facilitate positive client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all client interactions are documented meticulously.
• Collaborate with a dedicated, multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in regular case discussions to enhance care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a compassionate LCSW at Inner Canvas Wellness, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals coping with trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license in the state of New York.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, preferred candidates will have prior experience working in community health settings and familiarity with telehealth practices. Experience in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
