Job description
12 months (Continue through the remainder of the LMR Program) The regional coordinator is a key contributor in planning, scheduling, facilitating, the deployment of the mobile radios across all geographical regions where Duke Energy has vehicles.
Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and manage multiple business units and multiple locations to ensure successful installation of the LMR radio.
- Work with business units to validate vehicle counts and locations for onsite installation.
- Partner with business units to send and receive information in a timely manner for logistics (programming and kitting radios).
- Hold internal and external teams accountable, redirect when needed, and manage customer expectations throughout the engagement.
- Works effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Team player who effectively integrates, motivates, and builds relationships with cross-functional team members.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, resolve conflicts and achieve results through others who are not direct reports.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word.
