  • Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each family or individual.
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Documenting patient progress and treatment plans in electronic health records with a focus on compliance and confidentiality.
  • Providing support during significant life transitions, including separation, divorce, and blended family adjustments.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily encompass adult clients and child/adolescent populations, addressing issues such as relationship conflicts, grief, stress management, and adjustment disorders. You will play a critical role in facilitating healing and improvement for families dealing with complex psychological matters, aiming to foster stronger connections and healthier communication patterns.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

Preferred Experience

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, those with the following experience will be given special consideration:

  • Experience working with diverse family populations, particularly in online settings.
  • Proficiency in telehealth services and familiarity with digital therapeutic tools.
  • A solid background in addressing family dynamics related to blended families, parenting concerns, and transitional life phases.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 – $100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Life insurance and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.
  • Paid parental leave and designated holidays.
