Where You'll Make a Difference
- Lead and coordinate all manufacturing activities during assigned shifts to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
- Supervise Area Supervisors and provide coaching, guidance, and support to drive team performance.
- Monitor production processes and ensure product quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Serve as the primary point of communication between shifts and cross-functional departments to promote operational alignment.
- Identify process, equipment, or staffing issues and implement timely corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and operational excellence.
- Analyze operational challenges and lead problem-solving efforts to improve process performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies while fostering a strong safety culture.
- Complete administrative responsibilities including shift reporting, documentation, workforce coordination, and performance monitoring.
What Makes You the Right Fit?
- High School Diploma required; additional college coursework preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, biotechnology, food production, chemical processing, or related environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving operational goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and shifts.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in an operational environment.
- Strong focus on results, process performance, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with standard computer applications and production reporting systems.
