IP RECRUITER GROUP is recruiting for the following opportunity:
 
Patent Attorney opportunity within an established but growing practice. Preparation & prosecution of patents, opinions, portfolio management, due diligence, possible licensing PTAB and/or trademarks. High profile clients and sophisticated work with the opportunity to support patent attorneys on other legal issues. 
 
Diverse array of electrical and computer engineering applications (industrial and consumer electronics, analog and digital circuits, chip architecture, wireless telecommunications).  Ability with respect to computer science and software engineering would also be valued (enterprise applications, network security, network protocols, databases, web services, operating systems, software user interfaces, open source, etc.). Client assignment and workload will be dependent upon your capabilities.
 
Requirements: Minimum BS Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering would be preferred. Prior engineering experience is a plus. Having passed the Patent Bar is absolutely required. Preferably have at least 2 years full time claim drafting experience.
