IP RECRUITER GROUP is recruiting for the following opportunity:
 
You will author and review, and negotiate a variety of technology related agreements.  These commercial agreements will pertain to leveraging, acquiring, servicing, licensing, developing, or selling intellectual property assets in a pertaining to variety of technologies and industry sectors.
 
There will also be the opportunity to work in other areas pertaining to corporate legal matters, as this is a culture that fosters cross-functional team work.
 
The ideal candidate will have:
   * At least 2 years of experience at a well-respected law firm or in-house department with a focus on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, inclusive of complex technology agreements
   * JD, State Bar
   * Of particular interest, are candidates with transactional experience relating to information technology, software, cybersecurity, and data privacy  
   * Demonstrated ability to collaborate well with cross functional teams
