Job Duties:- Managing end-to-end Technology/IT recruitment process with expertise in Tech, Semiconductor & Telecom verticals;
- Provide subject matter expertise and training on recruiting good practices, programs and processes;
- Design, implement and maintain the appropriate processes, tools, systems and training
necessary to scale and support a world-class team;
- Hire/ Identify key technical resources for the projects and forecast the budget for the projects;
- Working with Applicant Tracking System (Job Diva) and various Vendor Management
Systems to manage multiple technology projects;
- Partner with the Technology & business Associates and delivery leaders to create, steer,
and evolve a talent acquisition strategy that anticipates the needs of the Tech business;
- Make decisions, build strategies, and manage teams using analytical tools to improve

- Provide Tech leaders with market intelligence such as the competitive landscape,
evolution of roles, retention issues and compensation trends;
- Enhance alignment with business leaders to optimize workforce planning based on the
most acute needs of the business;
- Provides new ideas to enhance a multi-channel recruitment strategy around technology,

- Creates and monitors Tech talent acquisition performance KPIs / SLAs and adjusts
strategy and processes accordingly for continuous improvement;
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing for recruiting resources and services;
- Analyze business plans to forecast tech staffing requirements and develop plans to
proactively fill needs with diverse candidates;
- Deliver creative, innovative recruitment strategies and recommendations based on
exceptional data analysis and metrics-driven execution;
- Educate leaders on business impact and imperative of "best in class” Tech recruiting
Function;
- Establishing and implementing organizational policies & procedures for strategic hiring
Model;
- Design and implement strategic procedure & policies for delivery organization;
- Design and manage contracts/statements or work;
- Support Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) initiatives.
OtherExperience in mentoring and managing teams creating and implementing multi-channel recruitment strategies around technology and analytics req'd; Technical academic background req'd, should have conceptual knowledge of Technologies including Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, DevOps , Internet of Things (IOT), Big Data, Business Intelligence, Embedded and Firmware development; Experience building and optimizing recruitment infrastructure and associated tools req'd; Knowledge and experience using Applicant Tracking/Vendor Management Systems for managing Technology projects.
