This position offers scheduled pay increases, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, $1/hour nights shift premium, $2/hour weekend shift premium. Napkin Assistant - Night Shift (6 PM - 6 AM)
Location: Oconto, WI

Job Type: Full-time
Pay:
  • Starting at $20.06/hour
  • Paid Rate Progression Increases
    • 90 days $20.45,
    • 180 days $20.83
    • 1yr $21.60
  • + $1.00/hour night shift premium
  • + $2.00/hour weekend premium

Paid Time Off:
  • 11 paid holidays per year
  • 112 vacation hours annually (accrued at 4.31 hours per bi-weekly pay period)
  • 36 hours of sick time per year (prorated in the first year)

401(k) Retirement Plan:
  • Automatic enrollment, full details provided during orientation

Week 1:
  • Work: Monday & Tuesday
  • Off: Wednesday & Thursday
  • Work: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Week 2:
  • Off: Monday & Tuesday
  • Work: Wednesday & Thursday
  • Off: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

This rotating pattern provides built-in days off, a consistent schedule, and every other weekend free.
Job Overview:
We're hiring a Napkin Assistant to support our overnight production operations. This is a physically demanding, and fast-paced role - ideal for someone dependable, hands-on, and ready to grow. Potential to level up to Machine Operator.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Remove full napkin bags from the machine
  • Stack on skids, label, and move using a pallet jack (hand truck)
  • Monitor the machine and clear jams as needed
  • Keep pace with fast production output
  • Follow all safety, cleanliness, and food safety guidelines

Requirements:
  • No prior experience required - we'll train you
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be comfortable with physical work including:
    • Twisting and turning
    • Lifting and stacking
    • Operating a pallet jack
    • 12 hour shifts
  • Able to stay on your feet and work in a fast-paced environment
