About the Role

Agents are changing how customers run Highspot - and how Highspot runs itself. In this role, you'll own that frontier. You'll define and ship the Admin Agent: an agentic experience that lets administrators configure, provision, govern, and troubleshoot Highspot through natural language and autonomous workflows instead of clicking through settings. And you'll shape how agents become first‑class identities on our platform - defining how agentic identities authenticate, are authorized, are governed, and are audited, in close partnership with Security.

You’ll be joining the Product Management team, reporting to a Director of Product Management in our Platform pillar, and working with a dedicated feature crew of engineers and designers. This space sits on top of Highspot's administration and identity foundations (provisioning, sign‑up/sign‑in, authentication, and the tools admins rely on to manage Highspot at scale), and your job is to evolve those foundations into something agent‑native.

This is a fast‑moving, high‑ambiguity area where the right answer isn’t settled yet. Part of your charter will be leading the build‑vs‑buy calls - deciding where we build agentic capabilities natively versus integrating or procuring third‑party solutions - and making the case for that direction with engineering, security, and leadership.

Our ideal candidate enjoys understanding a broad set of customer requirements, digging into technical constraints, synthesizing complex systems, and using that expertise to deliver an elegantly simple customer experience. You're a skilled communicator who can drive enterprise‑level customer conversations, collaborate across disciplines, and land proposals with stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Admin Agent. Define the vision, roadmap, and backlog for an agentic admin experience that helps administrators manage Highspot - configuration, user and permission management, provisioning, and troubleshooting - and become advocates for Highspot in the process.
• Define agentic identity. Partner closely with Security to establish how agents get first‑class identity on the platform: authentication, authorization, scoping, governance, and audit for both Highspot‑built and customer‑built agents.
• Lead build vs. buy. Evaluate whether to build agentic capabilities natively or integrate/procure third‑party solutions, and drive the recommendation with stakeholders.
• Run the full product lifecycle. Work with customers and stakeholders to define the roadmap, customer problems, requirements, and product backlog, then manage features from discovery through general availability.
• Become an expert. Develop deep expertise in our software, our customers, the identity/security landscape, and the rapidly evolving agentic market - and identify, prioritize, and execute on both tactical and strategic projects.
• Work cross‑functionally. Collaborate with executives, security, product marketing, and customer success to ensure objectives are met, opinions are considered, and plans are communicated.
• Dig into the data. Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements and products, and use customer and usage data to find opportunities and measure success.
• Stay ahead of the field. Work with industry experts to understand where agents, identity, and security are heading, and find R&D opportunities that set us apart from the competition.

Your Background

• This is a senior‑level position. You have 5+ years of experience shipping products as a PM in an agile / scrum / kanban environment.
• You’re experienced at taking ideas and ambiguous data, defining the right outcome, and mapping the right roadmap/backlog to get there.
• You can balance many different data points and opinions about your area of ownership.
• You can articulate strategy and roadmap to execs, team members, and customers.
• This is a technical role. You can work directly with senior engineers and instinctively understand technical concepts and trade‑offs - including the architectures behind agents, identity systems, and APIs.
• You can comfortably handle many concurrent projects and re‑prioritize often without needing guidance. Highspot is in a high‑growth stage, and you’ll be comfortable with the level of ambiguity and workload that entails.
• You can roll up your sleeves and pick up work outside of your role definition when needed.
• You’ve worked with engineering teams as a product owner and have demonstrable experience leading cross‑functional teams to ship high‑quality products.
• You’re a strong communicator and can lead teams through difficult decisions.
• You have strong quantitative analytics and qualitative user research skills.

Desired Qualifications

• You have experience building AI or agentic products - LLM‑powered features, copilots, assistants, or autonomous/agentic workflows.
• You have experience with identity, authentication, or access management (e.g., SSO, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC) and/or a strong working relationship with security teams.
• You have experience working in a high‑ambiguity environment.
• You have experience defining a strategic roadmap, leveraging multiple inputs such as user research, customer data, and company initiatives.
• You have experience in enterprise‑grade B2B SaaS and understand the needs of enterprise customers and the mechanics of a SaaS business.
• You have past experience working in a sales or marketing‑related role, or managing products for sales and marketing teams.
• You have a technical degree or equivalent work experience.

Base salary range: $167,000 - $254,100

The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job‑related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
