Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct personalized assessments, delivering individualized therapy strategies for clients following thorough evaluations.
  • Facilitate therapeutic sessions using evidence-based practices with varied demographics, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.
  • Employ a wide array of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive and integrated client care, always keeping the client's best interests at the forefront.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in adherence to legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in workshops and training to stay up-to-date with advancements in mental health research and practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPC at High Point Advance Medical, you will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and substance misuse. Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

  • Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 110,000 annually, emphasizing our commitment to recognizing and rewarding skilled professionals. Additionally, we provide a generous sign-on bonus, alongside potential performance-based bonuses.
