Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy strategies in alignment with clients' unique needs through thorough assessments and evaluations.
• Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions grounded in evidence, which may include group, family, couple, and individual therapies.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to craft tailored treatment plans.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development workshops to stay abreast of the latest research and methodologies in mental health.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses and potential sign-on bonuses.
