High Hopes Behavioral Health is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our team in providing exceptional care to clients through telehealth services. Work Environment

This position offers a fully remote setting, allowing you to connect with clients through a secure telehealth platform. Our flexible work hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, give you the autonomy to balance your professional responsibilities with personal commitments. As part of a remote team, you will utilize modern communication tools and digital record-keeping systems to manage your client interactions seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) during your sessions.
• Maintain accurate and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to enhance treatment approaches and share client progress.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and community outreach programs to destigmatize mental health and promote wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, addressing a broad range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be pivotal in empowering clients with effective coping strategies and fostering their emotional resilience to promote long-term well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• Current independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to practice as a mental health counselor.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling demonstrating proven therapeutic skills.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with additional certifications in trauma-informed care, play therapy, or substance use disorders will be advantageous. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology will also enrich your ability to engage effectively with clients.

Compensation and Benefits
