Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet individual client needs.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement treatment plans that reflect the best interests of clients.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Help clients develop and apply coping strategies that promote resilience and improve their mental health outcomes.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health resources and foster connections within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will focus on a diverse array of clients experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our client-centered focus ensures that you will engage directly with individuals and families seeking support, offering your expert guidance as they navigate their personal journeys toward recovery and wellness.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Valid independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health therapy.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth or remote therapy settings.
• Familiarity with treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits
