WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth of the Henry Schein Products portfolio within your assigned territory, partnering closely with Field Sales Consultants, Regional Managers, and Multi-Site Managers to identify and pursue new growth opportunities

• Build strong customer relationships and proactively uncover account and category-level opportunities through customer conversations, business reviews, analytics, and market insights

• Develop a strong knowledge of the Henry Schein Products portfolio and become a trusted resource for customers and internal sales teams

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations, both in-person and virtually, to private practices and multi-site organizations (DSOs), connecting customer needs to the right solutions

• Support the development of proposals, implementation plans, and sales strategies that drive customer adoption, retention, and growth

• Lead and participate in customer and account reviews, identifying opportunities to expand relationships and grow the Henry Schein Products portfolio

• Utilize Salesforce and reporting platforms to manage opportunities, track activity, monitor performance, and build a strong sales pipeline

• Attend trade shows, customer events, and industry functions to build relationships, generate new business opportunities, and increase awareness of Henry Schein Products

• Take ownership of strategic initiatives and programs that increase market share, customer engagement, and sales growth across the territory

WHAT YOU BRING

• Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

• 1-3 years of sales or customer-facing experience, ideally in a business-to-business (B2B) environment

• A genuine interest in building a career in sales, with the drive and motivation to learn, grow, and make an impact

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, engage customers, and identify opportunities

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Curious, confident, and willing to ask questions, learn the business, and take initiative

• Results-oriented with the persistence and follow-through to turn opportunities into results

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader sales team

• Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills

• Comfortable learning and utilizing CRM systems and business technology tools; Salesforce experience is an asset

• Dental industry experience is considered an asset, but is not required

*This position is a field sales role, supporting two (2) branches - Calgary & Edmonton. Extensive travel throughout Alberta is required for this position.
