Puget Sound Wealth Advisors, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial, is looking for a motivated, organized, and client-focused Client Service Coordinator to join our growing team.
We are passionate about helping individuals, families, and business owners feel confident about their financial future through personalized financial planning and investment advice. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you'll play an essential role in creating exceptional client experiences while supporting our advisors and helping our practice operate efficiently.

Position Summary
The Client Service Coordinator serves as a key member of our client service team, providing administrative and operational support while delivering an exceptional client experience. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare client meeting materials and ensure advisors are organized for appointments.
  • Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and assist with meeting follow-up.
  • Coordinate post-meeting action items and client communications.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Assist with general office administration and day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Assist with answering incoming phone calls and direct clients to the appropriate team member.
  • Support the team in delivering a seamless and personalized client experience.

We're looking for someone who is:
  • Experienced in an administrative, client service, or office support role.
  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
  • Professional, personable, and confident communicating with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Comfortable learning and using technology and business systems.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Experience in financial services is a plus but is not required.
