Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand each student’s presenting issues, personal history, and treatment aspirations.
  • Provide tailored therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, leveraging advance modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and narrative therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating closely with clients to adjust interventions based on their evolving needs and therapeutic progress.
  • Maintain a high standard of confidentiality, rigorously adhering to ethical guidelines and legal requirements across all interactions.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your skill set and stay informed about the latest best practices in mental health care.
  • Foster a strong therapeutic alliance with clients, creating a safe environment that promotes trust and encourages personal exploration and healing.
  • Provide practical guidance and support, equipping clients with strategies to navigate life’s challenges effectively.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on providing mental health services to a diverse range of students in school settings, addressing various issues including academic stress, interpersonal conflicts, family challenges, and emotional dysregulation. As an LCSW, you will play a pivotal role in helping students build coping mechanisms and achieve personal growth, ultimately contributing to their academic and social success. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Current, unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in private practice or school-based environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in assessment, treatment planning, and the application of therapeutic interventions.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, empathy, and interpersonal skills that facilitate client rapport and trust-building.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience providing mental health support in educational settings, particularly with adolescents.
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing Comprehensive Student Support Plans.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
