The Senior Policy and Governance Analyst monitors, analyzes, and evaluates federal and state legislative and regulatory developments affecting Medicaid, CHIP, ACA Qualified Health Plans, and Medicare Advantage programs. The role supports the organization’s policy strategy by conducting impact assessments, coordinating responses to proposed legislation and regulations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on advocacy efforts. By providing policy analysis, executive briefings, governance support, and industry engagement, the position helps inform organizational decision-making and advance strategic policy objectives.
Job ResponsibilitiesLift and carry 25 lbs.; frequent sitting/standing; frequent keyboard use. Activities specific to the role may require kneeling, bending, squatting, and performing CPR.
