We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team at Healing Reflection Counseling. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide critical mental health services to clients across various demographics while working from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions virtually, using telehealth platforms to reach clients effectively.
• Establish a warm, trusting therapeutic relationship to encourage client openness and engagement.
• Create, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing specific needs and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques, to promote positive mental health outcomes.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with both organizational standards and state regulations.
• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with team members to ensure high-quality care and professional growth.
• Stay current on best practices and advancements in mental health treatment, particularly in virtual care methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of therapeutic experience, with a strong emphasis on treatment planning and execution.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and managing digital client records.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with peers.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing virtual care, especially in a community health setting, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and the ability to adapt to new tools is crucial.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapy techniques or modalities will be considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
