Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking a service-driven Front Office Manager to lead our Front Desk team and oversee all front office operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, and capable of leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.

As the Front Office Manager, you will ensure efficient daily operations, maintain brand standards, maximize guest satisfaction, and support hotel revenue goals while creating a welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the Front Office, including Front Desk, Guest Services, and Night Audit.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Front Office team members to ensure exceptional guest service.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all brand standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement action plans to improve performance.
  • Resolve guest concerns and service recovery situations professionally and promptly.
  • Oversee room inventory, room assignments, and rate management in partnership with Revenue Management.
  • Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate operational updates to the team.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling, billing, and financial reporting procedures.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and team members.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and departmental expense management.
Qualifications
  • hotel management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Brand experience with Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, or similar hotel brands.
  • Experience managing guest satisfaction metrics and team performance.
