Job description

The Coordinator, Content Distribution & Partnerships is a key member of the Distribution team responsible for supporting partnerships and distribution initiatives that expand the reach and monetization of Hallmark Media's portfolio, including linear networks (Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Mystery, Hallmark Family), Hallmark+ (SVOD), and FAST/AVOD products. The role supports the execution of strategic partnerships, content distribution agreements, promotional campaigns, product integrations, and post-deal activities across MVPD, vMVPD, digital, and emerging distribution platforms. The coordinator will work cross-functionally to ensure seamless partner operations, drive executional excellence, and contribute to business growth and partner success.
The hourly range for this job is between $21.01-$27.99. Hourly rate will take into consideration several factors including location.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the day-to-day management of select linear, Hallmark+, FAST/AVOD, and digital distribution partners.

  • Assist in the execution of content distribution agreements, partnership campaigns, promotional initiatives, product integrations, and post-deal deliverables across traditional and digital distribution platforms.

  • Coordinate timelines, assets, and communications between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Programming, Product, Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams to support partner-specific projects and business objectives.

  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and partner meetings through the collection of performance data, preparation of presentations, and creation of executive-ready materials.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, recaps, reports, presentations, trackers, and other partnership documentation.

  • Maintain partner databases, contract trackers, performance reports, and records of prospective business opportunities.

  • Participate in select meetings with external partners and support relationship-building activities.

  • Provide administrative and logistical support related to partner communications, contract renewals, meetings, performance reporting, and ongoing business operations.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field; equivalent industry experience will be considered.

  • Some experience -2 years of experience in partnerships, content distribution, marketing, business development, digital media, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with traditional distribution (MVPDs, vMVPDs) Comcast , DirecTV, YouTube TV and digital platforms such as Roku, Amazon Channels, YouTube, FAST/AVOD, and SVOD services.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent written, verbal, proofreading, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and senior executives.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, solution-oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work independently.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, including data analysis, presentation development, and reporting.
  • Strong interest in streaming, media distribution, entertainment, and the evolving digital video landscape.
