    About the Role

    Hays is partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical organization to hire a Clinical Trial Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of clinical research studies. This role will work closely with investigators, patients, and clinical teams to ensure studies are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

    It's a 6month of contract (With the higher possibility of full-time conversion and Extension)


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate clinical trials from start-up through closeout.
    • Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants.
    • Manage informed consent and study visits.
    • Maintain study documentation and regulatory records.
    • Enter and review data in EDC, CRF, and EMR systems.
    • Support monitoring visits, audits, and compliance activities.
    • Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and research staff.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field.
    • 1+ year of clinical research experience.
    • Knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations.
    • Experience with patient-facing research activities, data management, and clinical trial documentation.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
    • Oncology clinical research experience.
