Logistics Customer Service Representative

We are currently hiring Customer Service Representative in the Dallas, TX area. We have several opportunities available due to our growing needs! We are specifically looking for entry-level candidates who are interested in a long-term career with opportunities for growth, development, and advancement. If you’re interested in such an opportunity, this position could be the right fit for you.

Logistics Customer Service Representative Pay Rate:

  • Pay range $18.50-$19.50

Logistics Customer Service Representative Shifts:

  • 1st shift
  • 8:00am-4:30pm

Logistics Customer Service Representative Job Description:

  • Scheduling trucks and processing orders
  • Keeping track and managing inventory
  • Calling and coordinating with drivers
  • Process and distribute requisitions, work orders, and requests for materials.
  • Communicating with clients and customers through email and phone calls.

Logistics Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to pass a drug and background check.
  • Previous experience with working with different WMS systems
  • Pervious experience in manufacturing or warehouse work is preferred but not required.
  • Phone etiquette
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft applications
  • Reliable transportation is a must as the location is not accessible by public transportation.
