  • Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring focused and effective treatment sessions that enhance individual rehabilitation progress.
  • Deliver cost-effective treatments aimed at improving range of motion and enhancing mobility, prioritizing interventions that reduce reliance on medications whenever possible.
  • Create comprehensive care plans that incorporate a variety of treatment techniques, aligned with evidence-based practices.
  • Design and implement custom fitness and wellness programs to promote overall health and address individual rehabilitation needs.
  • Motivate patients throughout their treatment process, fostering a positive attitude toward their recovery.
  • Encourage healthy lifestyle choices by enhancing the patient's strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to comprehensive patient care.
  • Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes, monitor patient progress, and document all services provided with clarity and precision.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves patients with private medical insurance, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. As a Physical Therapist at Golden Physical Therapy, you will work closely with each patient to create a positive and healing environment that encourages recovery and self-empowerment.

Qualifications
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid state license as a Physical Therapist in Colorado.
  • Maintained professional integrity with a clear record that shows no history of disciplinary actions against your license.
  • Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques and hands-on skills pertinent to orthopedic rehabilitation.
  • Exceptional competence in developing and executing effective and individualized exercise protocols.
  • Familiarity with using WebPT EMR software to manage patient records efficiently.
Preferred Experience

  • Adept in using evidence-based treatment methodologies to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
