Golden Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Worcester, Massachusetts. This role focuses on delivering personalized care to patients seeking to restore their mobility and overall quality of life. Golden Physical Therapy is a thriving orthopedic outpatient private practice situated conveniently in Worcester, MA. We pride ourselves on fostering an environment where patients receive exceptional, individualized care. Our office features a state-of-the-art 5,000-square-foot sports medicine facility designed to facilitate advancement in physical rehabilitation practices. We are a PT-owned practice dedicated to serving primarily patients with private medical insurance, ensuring tailored treatment meets their unique needs.

Work Environment

This onsite position offers a collaborative work environment with a small, dedicated team, which currently includes two physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). You will work in a supportive atmosphere where patient care is the top priority. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life synergy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently identify and address individual patient objectives and needs through thorough evaluations.
  • Manage an active caseload, typically treating one patient per hour, providing dedicated attention to foster recovery.
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions to provide cost-effective treatments aimed at improving range of motion and enhancing mobility.
  • Focus on reducing reliance on medications and explore non-surgical treatment options.
  • Develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate diverse treatment techniques tailored to each patient.
  • Design customized fitness and wellness programs to support patients' rehabilitation and long-term health goals.
  • Motivate patients throughout their treatment journey to maximize their recovery potential and functional improvement.
  • Encourage healthy lifestyle choices that augment patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Monitor patient progress and treatment outcomes while maintaining clear and consistent communication.
  • Document all patient care services meticulously to ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients requiring orthopedic rehabilitation services. This includes individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work closely with patients of various ages and backgrounds, guiding them through tailored treatment plans designed to support their specific goals for recovery and improved mobility.

Qualifications
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
  • Must hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
  • Maintain a clean professional record with no history of disciplinary actions against the license.
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques relevant to orthopedic rehabilitation.
  • Exceptional competence in designing and implementing effective exercise protocols.
  • Experience utilizing WebPT EMR Software or similar electronic medical record systems.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and continuing education opportunities.
