Job description
Job Title: Interior Designer (Sales-Focused)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer with a strong sales background to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients on a variety of design projects, providing creative solutions while also driving business growth through client engagement and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate directly with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
Develop and present design concepts, including space planning and elevations
Assist clients with color schemes, furniture selection, and overall design direction
Build and maintain a strong client base through networking and relationship management
Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and grow business opportunities
Clearly communicate design ideas and project vision through presentations
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in interior design and client-facing sales
Strong understanding of space planning, layouts, and elevations
Ability to create cohesive design concepts, including color and furniture selection
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and grow client relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
Additional Information:
Candidates should be prepared to present a portfolio of previous work
Must be comfortable working in a commission-based environment
