Part-Time Janitorial Cleaner
Company: GD Resources LLC
Location: French Camp, CA 95231
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Tuesdays and Fridays
Job Summary
GD Resources LLC is seeking a reliable and experienced Janitorial Cleaner to provide cleaning services at a federal office facility in French Camp, California.
The selected employee will perform routine office cleaning twice per week, monthly detailed cleaning, and semiannual floor, carpet, and window cleaning.
Work Schedule
Services must be performed on Tuesdays and Fridays during one or both of the following timeframes:
  • 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
  • 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM

Additional hours may be scheduled for monthly and semiannual cleaning services.
This is a part-time position and does not provide 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
  • Clean offices, conference rooms, cubicles, restrooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces
  • Empty trash and replace liners
  • Dust desks, tables, shelves, cabinets, blinds, and window ledges
  • Sweep and mop tile and vinyl floors
  • Vacuum carpeted areas
  • Clean and disinfect door handles, light switches, and commonly touched surfaces
  • Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and restroom fixtures
  • Restock toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, seat covers, and other restroom supplies
  • Remove stains and marks from walls, carpets, cabinets, and baseboards
  • Perform monthly detailed cleaning of blinds, window tracks, corners, and hard-to-reach areas
  • Strip, wax, and polish tile and vinyl floors twice per year
  • Shampoo or extract carpets twice per year
  • Clean interior and exterior windows
  • Complete cleaning checklists and report supply or maintenance concerns
  • Correct cleaning deficiencies when requested
Qualifications
  • Previous commercial, office, institutional, or government janitorial experience
  • Experience cleaning restrooms, offices, kitchens, and common areas
  • Experience using commercial vacuums, mops, cleaning chemicals, and floor-care equipment
  • Ability to work independently and follow written instructions
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to pass applicable federal facility access and employment screening requirements
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Experience
  • Commercial carpet cleaning
  • Floor stripping, waxing, polishing, or burnishing
  • Commercial window cleaning
  • Federal or government facility cleaning
  • OSHA, SDS, or workplace safety training
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and kneel while cleaning
  • Ability to carry normal janitorial tools, supplies, and restroom products
  • Ability to operate commercial vacuum, carpet-cleaning, and floor-care equipment
  • Ability to clean surfaces up to eight feet high

Heavy lifting is not a primary requirement. Employees are not expected to move furniture or equipment weighing 50 pounds or more.

Contract Information
  • One base year with up to four option years
  • No facility keys will be issued
  • Work must be performed during approved daytime hours
  • Background screening, E-Verify, and federal security training may be required
  • Employment is contingent upon contract award and continued contract requirements
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
