Work Environment

The working setting is onsite at our well-appointed rehabilitation center in Cupertino, where you'll engage directly with patients in a focused, one-on-one environment. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. With a commitment to quality over quantity, you will have the opportunity to devote ample time to each patient, ensuring the best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care by treating 1-2 patients per hour, emphasizing quality rehabilitation to maximize patient progress.
• Create and modify individualized treatment plans grounded in patient assessments and progress reports, using evidence-based methodologies.
• Thoroughly document all therapy sessions in WebPT, ensuring accurate tracking of patient progress and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises tailored to each patient’s specific needs, promoting recovery and enhancing mobility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. Our clinic focuses on a holistic approach to rehabilitation, emphasizing patient education and empowerment to foster independence and active participation in their recovery process.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; a Doctorate or Master’s degree is preferred.
• Current California Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Demonstrated strong manual therapy skills and sound clinical judgment.
• A passion for helping patients achieve meaningful and sustainable results.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
• Experience working with a diverse patient population, particularly in rehabilitation scenarios.
• Familiarity with WebPT or similar electronic medical record software.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
