  • Conduct first article inspections (FAI), in-process inspections, and final inspections to ensure product conformance.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T callouts, and customer specifications to verify part compliance.
  • Record, document, and communicate inspection results clearly and accurately.
  • Identify non-conformances and work with production to resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain inspection records and support quality system requirements.
  • Ensure all inspection tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
  • Utilize computer systems for data entry, reporting, and documentation (Excel, ERP systems, quality software, etc.).
  • Program and operate CMM equipment to support inspection activities.
  • Develop and optimize CMM programs using PC-DMIS.
  • Assist in analyzing dimensional trends and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or quality-related certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience using hand measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and CAD models.
  • Experience with CMM operation and/or programming (PC-DMIS) is a strong plus.
  • Computer proficiency (Excel, data entry systems, inspection software, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:
