Become a valued member of our dynamic team, where you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional, personalized support by assisting customers with a range of accounting and tax platforms and applications. What We Are Looking For:
Must be 18+ years of age
High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
Key Skills:
Ability to multitask in and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customers
Ability to provide essential technical support through phone and chat, showcasing flexibility in communication methods.
**Please be aware that you may be placed in a class that is not chat-trained, depending on availability. Currently all of our roles include phone support.
