What You'll Do
  • Follow all company safety policies and wear personal protective equipment at all times.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety.
  • Operate hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner
  • Work in kilns, set up forms, and/or load and unload finished materials on trucks
  • Operate control station and header cart
  • Ensure machine is clean and is in good working order
  • Ensure quality of materials used in production (concrete, wire reinforcement)
  • Inspect wire cages / reinforcements
  • Supply machine with necessary components to make product
  • Meet production schedule numbers
  • Produce quality product
  • Be able to perform basic trouble shooting on production and concrete batching machinery

What You'll Need
  • Exposed tohigh levelsof concrete dust.
  • Regularly wear protective attire, such as hard hats and steel-toe boots.
  • Time management, must understand "urgency" of manufacturing
  • Work with coworkers and supervisors in meeting production goals
  • 1+ year(s) industry experience
  • English language proficiency. Spanish is a plus
  • Computer knowledge / skills

Your Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
