Additional Requirements - Hours of work for this position are approximately 40+ hours per week. - Serving as the point person on the retail floor ensuring that every customer receives a consistent experience
- Plans, identifies, communicates, and delegates responsibility to the team
- Overseeing the key holders and outfitters
- Overseeing entire daily operations of your retail store
- Achieving quarterly and annual sales and metric goals
- Assisting with schedule management and assistance in labor budget management
- Overseeing and managing accurate store inventory by conducting physical counts provided by the buying team
- Ensuring all inventory is received and prepped for sale in timely manner
- Overseing the timely fulfillment of ecommerce orders
- Organizing and managing in-store events

Position requires moving around for periods of 4-6 hours without a rest break, and task sequencing and the completion of complex administrative responsibilities. Occasional moderate to heavy (10-25+lb) lifting and carrying, bending and reaching overhead may be required. Work environment includes substantial communication with customers, working in a retail environment with product displays and stockroom with inventory, and potentially slippery surfaces. Position is under minimum levels of day-to-day supervision. Some travel may be required for meetings, training or conferences.
