POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director of Title III is responsible for the implementation, facilitation, and monitoring
of all activities related to Title III. The Title III Director will oversee and manage all operations of the program, which include programmatic, budgetary compliance and monitoring progress and outcomes. This includes daily administration of the Title III Program, oversight of each Title III activity, development of effective administrative compliance policies and procedures, ensuring proper resource allocation, identification of funding sources, funding acquisition, regulatory compliance, recordkeeping, and maintaining systems for all grants and awards. This position is ultimately responsible to the President and Chief Financial Officer of the institution for compliance of Title III regulations. Professionally represents the Office of Title III and the University as a liaison with external funding agencies/organizations at all times.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
In support of the University's established strategic goals, priorities, and objectives, ensures that quality-efficient services and compliance monitoring are provided by the thorough administrative oversight of federal Title III funded activities.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions based upon the requirements of the university.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDAGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required: Master’s degree preferred.
