TITLE: CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR/STAFF AIDE
REPORTS TO: Office Management/Administrator
Non-exempt Pay Range: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour based on VERFIFIED experience
ADDITIONAL PAY $$ AND BONUSES WITH ROTATION AFTER HOURS ON CALL WITH MANAGEMENT TEAM
SUMMARY:
This individual will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining schedules for FirstLight Homecare clients and staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.
• Understand and adhere to established FirstLight HomeCare policies and procedures
• Schedule client appointments/visits according to care plans and staff availability
• Maintain proper staffing levels to ensure proper coverage for all clients
• Enter scheduling data, create schedules, verifying clock in/out
• Ensuring proper activity codes are used daily
• Contact care providers and clients regarding day-to-day changes
• Discern client services required as outlined in agreements, urgent requests and care plans
• Maintain staff and client database (i.e. employee assessments, dates and reminders of TB, client admission, client hospital admission and discharge)
• Perform general office duties including but not limited to correspondence, photocopies, files, shreds, sort/distribute mail, provide reception coverage, telephone services, PPE Kits, etc. etc.
• Rotating On-call (shared with management Team) after hours and weekends to handle emergencies, scheduling issues and client referrals/intakes etc.
• Partner with Administrator on counseling etc.
• Partner with Administration to work towards continuous quality improvement
• Stay current with changing technology, including software programs
• Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures

• Must possess sound judgment and critical thinking skills, ability to self-initiate
• Team and customer service oriented
• Must be able to manage multiple details, tasks and decision-making abilities under busy and
stressful working conditions
computer skills required including but not limited to MS Office, MS Excel and current Home Health scheduling program.

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, the individual in this position must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skills, abilities, certifications, and educational experience required.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one (1) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and or Google Suite required
• Working knowledge of basic medical terminology required
CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, & REGISTRATION
• Level 2 background.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
REASONING ABILITIES
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
• Ability to discern when to escalate client situations, such as calling Supervisor or 911
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Scheduler has supervisory responsibility for field staff regarding their schedules and conduct under the supervision of the Administrator and Owner.
