Marketing Officer

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marketing Officer is responsible for coordinating, executing, and monitoring all marketing communication initiatives for the Bank. General duties include the generation of periodic and customized reports as needed by Bank, providing marketing support for profit centers, and coordinating Bank’s digital marketing initiatives. This position is also responsible for providing general support for department projects and for supervising the Marketing Assistant.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support in developing, planning, and implementing advertising strategy and campaigns to enhance Bank’s image
  • Production quality control (flyers, promotional items, posters, and general marketing collateral)
  • Generate marketing/custom reports and lists as needed by business units
  • Coordinate with Ad/PR/Social Media agencies to enhance the production and execution process
  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
  • Assist in developing digital media strategies and execution items
  • Marketing Compliance review/approval process and documentation
  • Manage creative agency relationships, including deadlines and campaign scope parameters.
  • Promotional item and vendor management
  • Event marketing coordination, execution and oversight to maximize exposure for CBB
  • Website content tracking and updates
  • Report on marketing-related campaign results
  • Recommend best practices for implementing new campaigns related to banking product or solution
  • Branch support & communications (marketing customer service for branches)
  • Administrative support for branches and departments
  • Additional tasks assigned by Marketing Manager
  • Comply fully with all Bank policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Anti Money Laundering, Code of Conduct, and etc.). Must complete all required training

PREFERRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Efficient with digital tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google AdWords
  • Strong vendor management and negotiating skills
  • Strong knowledge and user experience in various social media platforms
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot preferred
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM
  • Event marketing planning, coordination, and execution
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Bilingual in English and Korean is required
  • Organized, highly motivated, and able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Effective project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • General understanding of marketing compliance regulations and laws
  • Highly proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or relevant experience preferred
  • Bank marketing experience preferred

Annual pay ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
