    Job description

    FindTalent is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to manage planning, scheduling, and cost control for Transmission & Distribution projects in Pennsylvania. This role requires 2–3 days in the office per week, with occasional travel to project sites. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in project controls.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain project schedules and perform critical path analysis for T&D projects.

    • Track budgets, forecasts, and project financials; manage change orders and reporting.

    • Coordinate with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors for accurate data and reporting.

    • Review contracts, technical documents, and scope for alignment with cost and schedule objectives.

    • Support risk mitigation and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field preferred.

    • 3–6 years of experience in project controls or scheduling, preferably in utility projects.

    • Proficient in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost management tools.

    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

    • Ability to work in-office 2–3 days per week and travel to sites as required.
