Job description

Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, sales and solution-minded individual to join our team as our Front Desk Receptionist. The focus of this job is making connections with Pet Parents and their pups!
Requirements
ABOUT YOU:

  • You're fast paced, with a strong sense of urgency.
  • You thrive when you have multiple challenges on your plate.
  • You like meeting and interacting with new people.
  • You like to work with others and build a teamwork consensus
  • You're lively, enthusiastic and a very strong communicator.

ABOUT THE FRONT DESK ROLE:
As a Dogtopia Front Desk Receptionist, your job will entail meeting and greeting customers and their active, playful dogs. This is a high energy, active position and you may get dirty, but it's also very rewarding for those who LOVE working with dogs!
  • The focus of this job is making connections with Pet Parents and their pups.
  • Greet everyone who walks in or out of Dogtopia with an energetic and enthusiastic attitude!
  • Answer Pet Parent questions over the phone, in person, via text and email
  • Proven track record in sales and customer service
  • Share information about our daycare packages and enrollment with Pet Parents
  • Check pups in out of daycare and boarding
  • Upsell Spa packages
