You and the entire reservations team are dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction by crafting remarkable and seamless experiences from the moment guests inquire about a stay. Essential Job Functions: 

• Deliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to our guests
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest questions and requests
• Answer incoming phone calls with promptness and professionalism
• Excel at multitasking in a dynamic environment
• provide guests with accurate information about the hotel, facilities, property features and benefits, systems, processes, sales techniques, special promotions, and local area attractions.
• Participate in and comply with all training and reservation programs, such as upselling and cross-selling, to maximize revenues.

Physical Demands: 

• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull 10 lbs
• Ability to sit and work in confined spaces throughout the shift on a computer and phone.

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or its equivalent

 Experience:  

• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred.
• Previous training or experience with maintaining professional and friendly phone etiquette and customer service.
• Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel
• Previous experience with hotel PMS systems a plus. Examples: Springer Miller Systems (SMS), Fetch, Reveinate.
