Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and emotional well-being through virtual sessions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, family counseling, and group sessions, fostering a safe space for clients to share and heal.
  • Continuously monitor and track clients’ progress, utilizing assessment tools to inform any necessary adjustments in treatment strategies.
  • Offer timely crisis intervention and support during virtual appointments for clients experiencing acute distress.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines to uphold high standards of care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including psychiatrists and social workers to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Stay informed about the latest research developments in mental health treatment and participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance clinical skills.
  • Comply with all ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by relevant licensing boards and organizations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and experiences seeking mental health support. Clients may present with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. As a key contributor to their healing, you will engage with clients in a manner that respects their unique circumstances and empowers them to take control of their mental wellness.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is mandatory.
  • Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, demonstrating a deep understanding of therapeutic methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective client interactions and relationship building.
  • Compassionate and empathic with a steadfast commitment to the well-being of clients.
  • A demonstrated ability to work independently while also valuing collaboration within a team framework.
  • Familiarity with ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing mental health practices.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and ongoing learning in the field of mental health.
Preferred Experience

Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of direct experience in a related mental health field. Experience working in a telehealth environment is a plus, as is familiarity with digital therapeutic tools and platforms. A background in working with diverse populations can also enhance your ability to reach and relate to clients effectively.
