Are you a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for helping others?
Join the Farmers Insurance Management Program – a unique opportunity designed to mentor and develop the next generation of Farmers Agency Owners.

Through this structured, performance-based program, you’ll receive the tools, training, and support to build your own book of business and transition into full agency ownership within 12–24 months.

What We Offer:

  • Mentorship & Training: Work directly under an established Farmers Agent.
  • Financial Support: Base stipend + commissions + new business bonuses.
