Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • Conduct consultations with clients to understand their insurance needs

  • Recommend and sell a range of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring they have the best coverage

  • Aim to exceed sales goals for personal and agency growth

  • Stay informed on insurance products and industry updates

  • Use CRM tools for lead management, follow-ups, and renewals

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for agency growth

What We're Looking For
  • 1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Comfortable making outbound sales calls and closing business

  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to new challenges

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license is preferred or a willingness to obtain one

  • Bilingual abilities are valued
