Job description

Enterprise Account Executive

Location: New York (on-site)

About Plot

Plot exists to bring creativity back to marketing. Social teams are overwhelmed by noise, manual work, and fragmented tools leaving less time for the part they actually love: creating.

Plot uses AI to automate and orchestrate social video - analyzing social signals, surfacing insight, and powering smarter execution so brands can move faster, work more strategically, and actually enjoy the platform they use every day. We're building for marketers who care deeply about taste, speed, and impact and we're looking for sellers who are excited to help them shine.

In less than a year since launch, Plot is already trusted by leading enterprise brands including lululemon, Benefit Cosmetics, Anthropologie, CAVA, Empire State Building, Visa, Fabletics, Dutch Bros, and more. We're now entering our next phase of growth as enterprise adoption accelerates and our go-to-market motion scales.

We're venture backed by Seven Seven Six (Alexis Ohanian), XYZ Ventures, and Mischief Ventures, and are growing quickly alongside some of the world's most influential consumer brands. If you're excited about selling a product marketers genuinely love and joining a company with real momentum - Plot is the place!

The Role

We're hiring an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to help scale Plot's revenue motion. This is a full cycle role with clear ownership across both inbound and outbound - ideal for someone who enjoys thoughtful prospecting, strong discovery, and selling into modern marketing teams.

You'll work closely with founders and marketing leadership, build your own pipeline, and help define how we sell as we grow.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close

  • Actively source and develop outbound pipeline in addition to handling inbound leads

  • Use modern sales and data tooling (e.g. Clay, enrichment, automation, AI workflows) to creatively source, research, and build outbound pipeline in a lean sales org

  • Build and execute a targeted outbound strategy focused on high-fit brands and accounts

  • Lead strong discovery with social, brand, and marketing leaders to uncover real problems

  • Run product demos that connect Plot's value to creativity, speed, and strategic impact

  • Partner with founders, marketing, and CS to close, expand, and learn from deals

  • Maintain clean pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of AE experience, ideally in B2B Enteterprise SaaS

  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound, not just close inbound

  • Experience using modern outbound tooling (Clay or similar), enrichment, or automation to build and scale pipeline

  • Experience selling into marketing, social, or brand enterprise teams (marketing tech a plus)

  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills

  • Comfortable selling a strategic platform, not a single feature tool

  • Energized by being in office in New York and building alongside a growing team

Why This Role at Plot

You'll be selling into senior marketing, social, and brand leaders at social-first companies where social actually drives growth. Deals are consultative, strategic, and centered around helping teams move faster and create better work - not just buying another tool.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong enterprise selling fundamentals with a scrappy, technically curious mindset and takes initiative in building pipeline in a small, fast moving team.

Plot already has strong inbound momentum but this role is for someone who enjoys building pipeline, shaping narratives, and winning complex enterprise deals with founder level support.

If you're excited to sell something marketers want and help define how an enterprise sales motion scales, this role has real ownership and upside!
