Job description

Position: Data Migration Programmer
Location: Sacramento, CA
Duration: 18 Months
Mandatory Qualifications
The Programmer must meet the following mandatory qualifications, skills, and experience;
1. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
2. Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
3. A minimum of three (3) years administering and maintaining SQL based relational databases.
4. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in SQL query development, query optimizations, rule-based transformation, and source file preparation.
5. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in implementing, configuring, utilizing, and administering a formal data quality management platform.
6. A minimum of three (3) years of experience working and collaborating with multiple vendors in a single project environment.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience with and knowledge of data cleansing and transformation strategies and best practices.
Desirable Skills
1. Experience with Experian Pandora Data Quality Management Tool.
2. Development of data quality goals, metrics, and key performance indicators.
