In this role, you will:

• Partner with clients to understand their strategic goals and hiring needs

• Develop targeted research and recruiting strategies

• Research client companies, competitors, and industry markets

• Define role criteria and develop position specifications

• Identify and track prospective candidates using multiple sourcing channels

• Interview and evaluate candidates for qualifications, cultural fit, and compatibility

• Conduct confidential candidate interviews and follow up with references and background checks

• Present qualified candidates to clients along with detailed profile summaries

• Guide clients and candidates through the offer and negotiation process

• Assist with candidate transitions and onboarding after placement

• Build long-term client relationships and expand your professional network

• Develop expertise within a specialized industry or functional area

• Continuously research and generate new recruiting leads
