You will have access to state-of-the-art telehealth platforms and digital tools to facilitate quality interactions with clients and peers alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients, identifying symptoms of major mental illnesses and emotional disturbances such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress accurately within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and promote resource-sharing, attending regular team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies for improvement.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and build knowledge in emerging mental health treatments and interventions.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW with Excela Behavioral Health, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including individuals experiencing severe emotional disorders, chronic stress, and complex family dynamics. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving mental health outcomes, fostering resilience, and empowering clients to navigate their challenges effectively.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • A valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to connect effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills, allowing for efficient management of multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail and quality of care.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years' experience as a clinical social worker, particularly in community health or mental health settings.
  • Experience with diverse populations and cultural competence in delivering care to individuals from various backgrounds.
Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we are excited to offer a sign-on bonus to new employees. Benefits include:

  • 401(k) plan with company match to help you save for the future.
  • Generous paid time off and sick leave policies to promote work-life balance.
  • Flexible scheduling options that allow you to create a work environment that best suits your needs.
  • Referral bonuses for bringing new talent to our organization, fostering a cohesive team environment.
